Yes. Tables, chairs, and smaller items can be picked up in Winthrop by appointment. Choose Pickup at checkout and there is no delivery fee and no minimum. I’ll text you the address and set a time.

Yes. Minimums are based on your rental subtotal before delivery and tax.

• 26 to 35 miles: $600
• 36 to 50 miles: $800
• Over 50 miles: $1,500

Yes, with our $199 setup service. We set up the tent, tables, chairs, and extras when we deliver, then take it all down at pickup. You don’t lift a thing.

As early as you can. Popular weekends go first, and once an item is booked for your date, it’s gone.

• Weddings (June to September): book January through March
• Graduations (May and June): book in April or earlier
• Summer parties and reunions: book in early spring
• Fall and corporate events: book 2 to 3 months out
• Winter events: more flexible, but still plan ahead

No. Your date and items are locked in once your deposit is paid. Until then, anyone can book the same items online, sometimes minutes after you get your quote. If you’re ready, pay the deposit and you’re on the calendar.

Yes, if your event is at least two weeks out. Check out online and tell us your preferred drop off and pickup times. We’ll get as close as we can.

If you can be a little flexible on timing, it helps us a lot. We never charge extra for early delivery or a later pickup, and for tents especially, an early setup makes your day run smoother.

Yes, but weekend mornings are our busiest time and we cover a lot of ground, from Madison to Cape Elizabeth. For tents, I recommend a weeknight setup when you can. We can meet you after work, and everything is up and ready well before your event.

About a week before your event. We’ll reach out to confirm drop off and pickup times, catch any changes, and answer last minute questions.

We show up at your scheduled time with everything on your order. Someone 18 or older needs to be there to sign, ideally whoever is running the event. If you booked setup, we handle it all. If not, we drop everything where you tell us.

We count everything, take it down, and inspect it as we pack up. If anything is off, we’ll tell you before we leave.

You can, but our commercial tents are a lot more involved than a pop up canopy. For anything bigger than a small tent, I strongly recommend the $199 setup service.

No, sidewalls are an add on for a flat fee. They help with light wind, rain, sun, and privacy.

For safety, I don’t recommend sidewalls with sustained winds over 15 to 18 mph or gusts over 20 to 25 mph, and I won’t install them if gusts over 25 mph are in the forecast. Final call depends on the forecast and your site.

Yes, any time before we leave for delivery, as long as we have it available. Check with us first. If your event is more than two weeks away, you can see live availability on the site. Added items aren’t reserved until they’re paid for.

It happens, and I’ll always try to work with you. Once you book, though, those items are held for your date and I’m turning other customers away for them. Late cuts usually can’t be rebooked that weekend.

So changes need to keep your order at the same total or higher. Example: if you drop from a large tent to a smaller one, you can put the difference toward sidewalls, lighting, or linens. Your event still gets what it needs and your order total stays the same.

Don’t give up on it yet. We build in buffer time between rentals for cleaning and travel, so there’s sometimes room depending on timing or quantity. Call or text me with the item, date, and town and I’ll take a second look at the schedule.

Ask me. We add inventory based on what customers actually need. I’ve brought in extra tables for a career fair, Adirondack chairs for a baby shower, and a lectern for a speaking event. I can’t say yes to everything, but I’ll always give you a straight answer.

Yes. We hand clean everything after every event and inspect it before it goes out. If something isn’t right when it arrives, tell us and we’ll fix it.

We inspect everything at delivery and again at pickup, and we document any issues before we leave. I recommend snapping a few photos of your setup for your own records too.

We pad our schedule and like to set up early for exactly this reason. If something does go sideways, I handle it personally until your setup is done.

Usually within 24 hours, often much faster. If I miss a call, it’s because I’m out on a delivery. Text is the fastest way to reach me.
