Congratulations! If you are getting married in 2027, now is the time to lock in your rentals. Summer Saturdays are the first dates to go, and once a tent is booked for your day, nobody else can have it. I’ll help you figure out the right tent, tables, and chairs for your guest count, and we handle delivery, setup, and pickup.

Your 2027 wedding rental timeline

Planning around Maine weather
May and September evenings get cold
Book sidewalls with your tent. Our cathedral window walls block the wind and still let guests see the view.
Have a rain plan built in
A tent big enough for everyone to sit and eat is your rain plan. Do not count on squeezing into the house.
Wind is the real boss
For safety, I will not put sidewalls up with gusts over 25 mph in the forecast. We watch it with you the week of.
What couples forget to rent
- Ceremony chairs and reception chairs if both happen at the same time in different spots
- A sweetheart table or head table
- Tables for cake, gifts and cards, the DJ, and the bar
- Cocktail tables for cocktail hour
- String lights for after sunset
- Trash cans, a cooler, and tablecloth clips for outdoor tables
- A white or wooden arbor for the ceremony
2027 wedding questions
How early should I book rentals for a 2027 wedding?
As soon as you have a date. For June through September 2027, book by March 2027 at the latest. Popular Saturdays and our high peak tents go first.
Does a quote hold my date?
No. Your date and items are locked in once your deposit is paid. Until then, anyone can book the same items online.
Do you set up and take down?
Yes. Our tent bundles include setup and teardown, and you can add setup service to other orders.
What if our guest count changes?
It happens. Changes need to keep your order at the same total or higher. If you drop to a smaller tent, put the difference toward sidewalls, lighting, or linens.
Do you deliver to my venue?
We deliver within about 50 miles of Winthrop, covering Central Maine, the Kennebec Valley, Androscoggin County, and the Midcoast. See our towns.
