Start with your guest count and how people will be seated. Round tables take more room than banquet rows, and a buffet, bar, or dance floor needs space too. When in doubt, size up.

Pole tent or high peak frame tent?
Pole tents have center poles and the classic peaked look. They are our best value for big lawn events. High peak frame tents have no center poles, so the middle stays open for dance floors and string lights. Most couples pick high peak for weddings.
Before your tent goes up
- A generally flat area about 5 feet bigger than the tent on every side
- Stakes go up to 40 inches deep, so we call Dig Safe (811) before every install
- Some towns require a tent permit. Ask and I’ll tell you what I know about yours
- Sidewalls depend on the wind forecast
Wedding and graduation tents
Wedding tents book first. For June through September, reserve in January through March. Graduation tents book up in April and May.

FAQ
Common Questions
Not sure what to pick? Call or text Becca at 207-890-3818 and she’ll help you sort it out.
Pole tents are tension based and have center poles, which work well for larger lawn events. High peak frame tents have an open middle and a more elegant marquee look, which many couples prefer for weddings.
Most of our larger pole and high peak tents are staked and work best on grass, soil, or similar surfaces. If you have pavement, concrete, or a tight site, send photos and measurements before booking.
Plan for extra room around the tent for stakes, ropes, setup access, and safe traffic flow. A generally flat area with several feet beyond the tent footprint is ideal.
Yes, sidewalls can be added to compatible tents when the forecast and site conditions make sense. They help with privacy, light rain, shade, and mild wind, but are not recommended in unsafe wind conditions.
For 100 guests seated at round tables, a 30×40 tent seats up to 96 and a 40×60 seats up to 192, so 100 guests fit with room for a buffet and dance floor. For a standing or cocktail crowd of 100, a 20×30 or 20×40 works. Check the size chart above.
Our tents start at the prices in the size chart above, from pop up canopies to our 40×60. Delivery is based on mileage from Winthrop, and setup can be added. Get a quote and I will price out your exact setup.
