We arrive on time, have you sign the rental agreement, and stage equipment on tarps in the agreed area for safe handling.

Opted for setup? We've got you! If not... You’re responsible for setup and breakdown. Added the cleaning package? You’re all set. If not, please wipe everything down before pickup.

  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we will deliver!

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute additions are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • Call us direct and we may be able to source it! We're a small business and we're just getting started and plan to increase our inventory anyway, if there's a demand we're willing to fulfill it!

  • At this time, all rentals from Event Rent ME, LLC are delivery only. We understand that pickup might seem convenient, but here’s why we don’t offer it:

    Our delivery and pickup rate is intentionally affordable, starting at just $49. We deliver up to 50 miles from our base, which often means driving over an hour each way; two trips for delivery and pick up. That’s a lot of time and fuel, and we’re not even charging an hourly rate. You’re basically just covering our gas.

    Offering delivery-only helps us keep operations smooth, equipment safe, and ensure every rental meets our standards without added risk of equipment damage during transport or liability to you.

  • No. Event Rent ME, LLC requires all payments to be made through Stripe, our secure online payment processor. This ensures that your reservation is confirmed and allows us to charge for any damages or missing equipment if necessary.

    Cash payments do not offer the same level of protection for either party, and we cannot reserve equipment without full payment through Stripe.
