We provide rentals for just about any event. Most of our customers book us for weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, backyard barbecues, family reunions, corporate events, nonprofit events, graduation parties, and community gatherings. If you’re planning something unique, we’re flexible. If you need tables, chairs, tents, or setup help, we can support your event.

What happens if party rental items get damaged or stained during my event?
In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.
Can I make last-minute additions to my rental order?
Yes, you can make last-minute additions to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute additions are subject to availability, so it's good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.
Why can't I pick up my order?
At this time, all rentals from Event Rent ME, LLC are delivery only. We understand that pickup might seem convenient, but here’s why we don’t offer it:
Our delivery and pickup rate are intentionally affordable, starting at just $49. We deliver up to 50 miles from our base, which often means driving over an hour each way; two trips for delivery and pick up. That’s a lot of time and fuel, and we’re not even charging an hourly rate. You’re basically just covering our gas.
Offering delivery-only helps us keep operations smooth, equipment safe, and ensure every rental meets our standards without added risk of equipment damage during transport or liability. Even with an enclosed trailers and e-track railing, it's easy to make a mistake.
Let us handle the heavy lifting, you just enjoy your event.
Can I make a rental request for something I don't see on your website?
Call us direct and we may be able to source it. We’re a small business still growing, and we plan to expand our inventory as our community’s needs change. If there’s demand, we’re willing to fulfill it.
A great example of this is how we’ve added items purely because customers asked for them. We didn’t always have enough tables and chairs. Then people started asking for table cloths, table cloth clips, string lighting and even a lectern for ceremonies and presentations. We brought all of it in because it made their events easier.
If it’s possible for us to scale to meet your need, we will.
Can I Pay Cash?
No. Event Rent ME, LLC requires all payments to be made through Stripe, our secure online payment processor. This ensures that your reservation is confirmed and allows us to charge for any damages or missing equipment if necessary.
Cash payments do not offer the same level of protection for either party, we cannot reserve equipment without payment through Stripe.
Business clients and non-profit organizations may pay by check or ACH if that better fits their accounting process. W-9s are available upon request.
How can I rent party supplies from your business?
Renting party supplies from our business is one of the most convenient processes in Maine. Start by browsing our inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, tents and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, add setup if you want it and we will deliver!
